Limitations and Risks of Traditional Oil-Fired Incinerators
Pollution Emissions: Small-scale incinerators typically lack the advanced flue gas purification systems found in large-scale incinerators. Improper operation can lead to higher emissions of dioxins, furans, and particulate matter (PM2.5).
Operational Challenges: Small-scale incinerators require trained operators to maintain the high temperatures (800–1200°C) needed for complete combustion. Failure to reach these temperatures results in incomplete combustion and the production of toxic fumes.
Residual Waste: Incineration produces bottom ash and fly ash. Fly ash is often highly toxic due to its high concentration of heavy metals and requires specialized hazardous waste treatment.
New Low-Temperature Magnetically Controlled Thermal Decomposition Energy Conversion Devices: These devices do not require oil and avoid the problems associated with traditional incinerators.
Low-temperature (30-380°C) simulates a natural environment for fumigation, carbonization, and thermal decomposition, utilizing the waste's own energy for recycling. The process requires no external energy source.
