Interlaken
Interlaken is a traditional resort town in the mountainous Bernese Oberland region of central Switzerland. Built on a narrow stretch of valley, between the emerald-colored waters of Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, it has old timber houses and parkland on either side of the Aare River. Its surrounding mountains, with dense forests, alpine meadows and glaciers, has numerous hiking and skiing trails.

Beatenberg
The village of Beatenberg has a fantastic setting above Lake Thun. Here you will enjoy magnificent views, fresh alpine air and the calm of nature. Situated above Interlaken, Beatenberg provides you with an experience of nature high above the sea of fog. Here, you are at eye level with the mountains. Why not try out a paraglider or delta wing glider and glide over the glistening lake past the breathtakingly beautiful mountain panorama. Europe’s longest village is the ideal starting point for trips to the Niederhorn and into the Bernese Oberland whatever the season.
