Memory of Chaos - Stage 12 1st half 2 cycles as F2P account.
No limited 5* light cones or Eidolons.
Seele should have 132 speed with 160 speed Sparkle so with the Skill speed buff she will be faster than Sparkle by 1 speed. Ideally try to get Seele close to 100% crit or a bit over (in battle) to make her as consistent as possible.
Past and Future should be avoided here, as she will only get the benefit half the times.
The first turn however will look janky as Seele still doesn't have her Skill speed boost.
About having Silver Wolf or not for Mono Quantum, I've heard some people saying Seele mono quantum is copium, however with Tingyun I've never had any issues, it seems very consistent as long as Seele can 1 tap the side mobs and consistently crit. Having the elemental weakness is not as relevant imo, in any case I do not possess SW :)
