Xplane simulator with Xplane map enhancement topography just the basic free topography map from google and microsoft bing and ARCGIS
those are the free maps if you want high res maps I think you have to buy some kind of license for a year, not a huge fan of the maps because the buildings are all flat there is no 3d buildings and xplane 3d buildings really suck unless you download maps with 3d buildings not for free.
