Step
Method 1: Official
-1st pour up to 60ml to bloom 0:00~1:00
-Open valve at 1:00
-Final pour up to 340ml , 1:15~3:00,

-Remove the dripper before 4:00
-Stir, then enjoy!

-1st pour up to 100ml 0:00~0:30

-Open valve at 1:45
-Final pour up to 340ml 2:00~3:00
*Keeping the brew water column between 1~3 cm above the bed.
-Remove the dripper before 4:00

Method 3: Bloom and Single Pour
-1st pour up to 60ml to bloom 0:00~0:30
-Open valve at 0:45
-Final pour up to 340ml 1:00~1:30
-Remove the dripper before 3:00
-Stir, then enjoy!
Method 4: Bloom and Sequential Pour
-1st pour up to 60ml to bloom 0:00~0:30* After the water flows into the dripper, gently swirl it.
-Open valve at 0:30
-Close valve at 0:45
-2nd pour up to 180ml 0:50~1:30 *After the water flows into the dripper, swirl it evenly.
-Open valve at 1:30
-Close valve at 1:45
-Final pour up to 340ml 1:50~2:30
-Open valve at 2:30
-Remove the dripper before 4:00
-Stir, then enjoy!
