I’m a former sugar addict & emotional eater who was known to binge, hated her body, and loathed the number on the scale. Finally, in desperation, I turned that whole mess over to the Lord and He healed me in a way I never thought possible. Now I’m passionate about sharing the message that Christ really can calm our minds, heal our bodies, and transform our health if only we’ll give Him a chance.
