Graduating high school seniors and juniors gain the opportunity to obtain paid work experience and work-based learning opportunities through this high school job fair hosted by Rutherford Works.
In 2019, employers met with aspiring high school candidates to discuss paid job opportunities including full-time, part-time, internship and seasonal employment. Students talked with hiring employers, engaged in interviews and scheduled follow-up conversations with Rutherford County, TN employers.
Students who participated in the event worked with school leads to prepare for the career fair by attending workshops focused on interviewing skills, resume building, and dressing for success.
