Fried pasta with meat and potatoes — a simple and cozy homemade dish.
First, I toast the dry pasta in a pot without oil until it becomes golden and slightly orange. Then I set it aside and prepare the ingredients: finely chopped onion, potatoes, peeled tomato, and fresh parsley.
Next, I fry the meat (I like to use more meat in this dish), then add the onion and potatoes and cook them together. After that, I add a little tomato paste and the chopped tomato. Finally, I return the toasted pasta to the pot, add just enough water to cover it, season with salt, black pepper, and dried mint, and let it simmer until the pasta becomes soft and absorbs the sauce.
At the end, I sprinkle fresh parsley on top — simple, warm, and very tasty. Enjoy 💛
