This is a deep dive / video essay about the music industry feeling as if it is only made up of nostalgia bait today.

Whether it is a sample or a vibe, everything nowadays feels like my childhood is being used to make money off of me because I am chronically online, stuck in 2009 / 2016 / 2018 (you decide) and easily will spend money to escape the mundane day to day of adulthood. This is also know as a "marketer's dream." I'm sick of it! Jack Harlow, you seem like a cool guy but enough is enough. Nicki Minaj, you lost the plot. Kanye, Yeezy, Ye, that Backstreet Boys sample on Vultures is some trash. If you're reading this it's too late and the video started a minute ago (i counted).
