Описание: Toni Vescoli is a Swiss musician who began his career as founder of Les Sauterelles, a 1960s beat band that opened for groups such as the Rolling Stones. After the break-up of this ensemble Vescoli continued on a solo career which began with three full-length albums for CBS, of which 'Lueg für dich' is number zwei. While not as well-recognized as his first solo effort, 'Information,' this sophomore solo album has a couple notable tracks, one of which is the haunting "Warum, wieso?" While sung in his native Schweizerdeutsch, Vescoli's vocal style perhaps more closely resembles the American native Bob Dylan, and his dark mood strikes one as quite similar to that of British folk legend Nick Drake. While Vescoli picks away on his acoustic guitar, the synthesizer seethes out of the speakers, an effect which could probably even give chills to the deaf. This album has never been reissued in any format, and thus the original Swiss vinyl is required to hear it properly.
