If you want the maximum braking performance, you should also install solid brake guides, the soft stock rubber ones are not as consistent with higher brakefluid temperatures, these provide a strong more direct pedal feel and performance. We wanted to see if they were worth it and yes they are.

Covid 19/ Coronavirus is still going on so were making a point to get as much done on the cars as possible! Weve been working on our braking system lately, installing brembo big brakes, and in doing so decided to upgrade to stainless steel brake lines. These not only last longer but give a better braking response because they do not have any give or stretch like the stock lines. When pressure builds in the stock lines, you can actually see them stretch ( especially with older lines) This results in decreased brake bite and reduced braking power. So whats the answer? Stainless Steel brake lines and solid brake guides. Solid brake guides coming in soon!
Its important to note, stainless steel brake lines need to be inspected regularly, while they perform much better, they are subject to damage involved with street driving. Small objects can damage them on impact while stock rubber lines often don't get damaged. SO inspect your lines regularly and you will be good!
