Описание: In my career I have filmed many successful people and many who are not. I realize that success can be defined in many ways and I thought that this test might be of help to my subscribers concerned about this issue or just wanting to do better.

Here are some characteristics associated with successful people:
Successful people are usually passionate about what they do and have a strong drive to achieve their goals.
Successful people are resilient and persistent in the face of challenges and setbacks.
Successful people are able to control their impulses and stay focused on their goals.
Successful people have a positive mindset and believe in themselves and their abilities.
Successful people are flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances.
Successful people are able to manage their time effectively and prioritize their tasks.
Successful people are often innovative and able to think outside the box.
Successful people are hardworking and dedicated to their craft.
Successful people are always seeking to improve themselves and their skills through education and experience.
Successful people have the ability to bounce back from failures and setbacks and use them as learning opportunities.

Here are some characteristics that are commonly associated with unsuccessful people:
Unsuccessful people often lack clear goals and a sense of direction.
Unsuccessful people tend to put off tasks until the last minute or avoid them altogether.
Unsuccessful people often have a negative mindset and focus on the obstacles rather than the opportunities.
Unsuccessful people struggle with self-control and often give in to distractions and temptations.
Unsuccessful people are often resistant to change and new ideas.
Unsuccessful people have difficulty managing their time effectively and often waste it on unproductive activities.
Unsuccessful people often blame others for their failures and avoid taking responsibility for their actions.
Unsuccessful people give up easily and do not persist in the face of challenges.
Unsuccessful people repeat the same mistakes and do not learn from their failures.
Unsuccessful people lack the drive and ambition to achieve their goals and realize their full potential.

I work hard on all of the above characteristics of successful people and try my damnedest not to do fall in to characteristics of unsuccessful people. It isn't easy. I love taking tests and evaluating myself and how I am doing. Here are some examples of my favorite tests:

Emotional Intelligence (EI) Assessments: EI assessments measure one's ability to identify and manage their emotions and the emotions of others.
Tests like the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) or the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i).
Personality assessments like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) or the Big Five Personality Traits help individuals gain insight into their strengths and weaknesses and identify areas where they can improve.
Strengths assessments such as the CliftonStrengths assessment help individuals identify their natural talents and strengths and develop strategies to leverage them in pursuit of their goals.
Values assessments like the Values in Action (VIA) assessment help individuals identify their core values and align their actions with them, which can increase motivation and satisfaction.
Goal-setting assessments such as the Goal Setting Questionnaire (GSQ) help individuals set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals and develop action plans to achieve them.

But of all the tests I have taken both for fun & value, I find time and again that the most important characteristic is to have a positive attitude. A positive attitude helps to be successful and it helps maintain a sense of optimism and motivation even in the face of challenges and setbacks. I find when people approach their work with a positive attitude they are more likely to persevere through difficult tasks and to view obstacles as opportunities for growth and learning. Research also suggested that a positive attitude can have a range of other benefit, including improved physical and mental health, increased social support, and better coping skills.

I also have colleagues who have used a variety of services now available to help them be more successful.
