They are waiting for him to finish his coffee in a café. (This is true.)

Trois courtes vidéos du cortège de Valls montant les Champs pour la cérémonie du 11 novembre et puis le cortège de Hollande après la cérémonie, entouré de ses Gardes Républicaines. La troisième vidéo montre le cortège de Valls et ses motos banalisées en attendant que le Premier ministre qui boive un café sur les Champs. (Qui, c'est vrai.)
