We had a brutal freeze roll through that brought 4–5 inches of ice and multiple days in the teens, and it took a serious toll on our garden.
In this video, I walk through what survived, what didn’t, and the plants that were completely wiped out by the cold. I also share what I learned from this freeze, where we were prepared, and where the weather simply overwhelmed even our best efforts.
