Chief Justice Martha Koome says the judiciary is keen on establishing a robust system of magistrate courts in the constituencies to ease the cost of justice and enhance equitable access to justice among Kenyans. the Chief Justice who spoke while commissioning the Nakuru County court of appeal, also revealed that operationalization of the court of appeal in the North Rift town of Eldoret meant to improve judicial services in the region was on the horizon.
