How can legal aid programs gather more meaningful outcomes data? In this panel, Colorado Legal Services shares their Texting for Outcomes project — from pilot to implementation — and how they used SMS, LegalServer, and SurveyMonkey to collect client feedback at scale. Lone Star Legal Aid will discuss using workflows in LegalServer to automatically email satisfaction surveys and PowerBI to analyze the responses. Panelists will cover the tech tools used, design decisions, message strategies, and challenges faced. We’ll highlight lessons learned, surprising client insights, and how the data is already shaping program improvements and client communication.
