LEARN KRIYAYOGA THROUGH THE PRACTICE, ONLY LISTENING AND READING WILL GIVE VERY LITTLE IDEA ABOUT KRIYAYOGA.

In every Kriyayoga Class, whatever philosophy is explained, practice on the same topic is also given. In order to learn Kriyayoga, we should listen to the principle/philosophy and then practice the same.

Due to certain Spiritual Laws, it is not allowed to share the Kriyayoga Practices on YouTube for the general public. Kriyayoga Practice should be learned firstly face to face with a Kriyayoga Master (Guru). The Kriyayoga Ashram and Research Institute provides daily classes, free and open to all. All sincere devotees are most welcome to come, stay and learn Kriyayoga face to face with Guruji. It is recommended to come for 10 days or at least 1 week in order to learn how to practice Kriyayoga Meditation. After that, a collection of guided meditations is given for daily practice at home.

For those who are not able to come at the present time, a few basic Kriyayoga Practices are made available for beginning purposes, fulfilling thus innumerous requests from sincere devotees around the world.
HOWEVER, IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THE PRACTICES GIVEN ON YOUTUBE ARE JUST A SMALL TINY FRACTION OF THE KRIYAYOGA MEDITATION WHICH WE LEARN FACE TO FACE WITH GURUJI.
