PUFF PASTRY
Ingredients
• All Purpose Flour 500 gm
• Water 220 ml
• Oil 25 gm
• Sugar 15 gm
• Salt 5 gm
• Unipuff 350 gm
Method
In a bowl add water, oil, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Now add this mixture into the flour and knead it properly. Cover and leave it for about 10 minutes. Lastly add unipuff and fold it evenly thrice.
SPINACH SPICE BURST PIE
Ingredients
• Chicken cubes 150 gm
• Ginger garlic powder or paste 1 tsp
• Flour 1 tbsp
• Cream ½ cup
• Milk ½ cup
• Mixed herbs 1 tsp
• Chilli flakes to sprinkle
• Spinach a bunch
• Puff Pastry Sheets as required
• Popitos Nacho Chips
Mashed Potatoes for base
Method
Preheat oven to 180c, In a large casserole dish add a base of mashed potatoes. Then in a pot add oil, add chicken along with the rest of the ingredients. Saute well. Add cream and milk. Let it simmer. Add flour to thicken. Add spinach and cook. Once cooled and cooked well to desired consistency. Pour on top of mashed potatoes. Then add popitos or any nacho crushed chips add puff sheets and bake till golden and crispy. Baking time 15-20mins at 180c
