Описание: Cirrus SR22T N627WT performing flight from Canadian Lakes to Lakeview Field struck a deer during takeoff which caused severe damage to the elevator.

The pilot declared an emergency requesting help to land the aircraft, having difficulties to control the airplane during landing.
