This is a day in the Yorkshire Dales. I had never been to the Dales before so when I found out a friend of mine, Liam, was going I asked to come along. We were accompanied by Gaz in the black Landrover and Paul who was driving a Jimny.
Liam mentioned that the Dales are not as difficult as I am used to driving but there were certainly some technical bits to the route. In fact, the Dales is about long drives with picturesque scenery, driving from dale to dale (valley to valley).
I have to mention that I stayed in Skipton for the evening at the Wooly Sheep in, on Sheep Street. The accommodation was superb and the staff were also amazing.
