Review Video of Inspiring Philosophy's "Exodus Rediscovered"

Описание: For months, people have been asking me for my opinion about Michael Jones’s (Inspiring Philosophy) video on the exodus, the “Exodus Rediscovered.” I was cautiously optimistic given that his video on Joseph was quite good and well-informed. Before the release of his video, I reached out to Jones to open a dialogue with him on the topic of the exodus; however, those invitations were met with silence. Now that the “Exodus Rediscovered” is released, I have made my first critique video focusing on the “Exodus Rediscovered.”

UPDATE (Apr 2, 2021): Michael Jones and I are currently in discussion and are working things out.

Correction at 27:40: I said that Thutmosis III should be pronounced in the Greek as "Tut-mo-se" or in the Egyptian as "Tut-mo-sis". I need to correct that to say that in the Greek as "Tut-mo-se" and "Tut-mo-sis" or in the Egyptian as "Dje-hoo-ty-mo-se." But it still should not be pronounced as "Thut-mo-se." I apologize for any confusion this might have caused.

Correction at 59:24: The ninth year campaign of Amenhotep II would have taken place in the month of September, if Kraus p.375 is correct that II Akhet = August. This is not a terrible month to go on campaign but also not exactly spring either as it was the beginning of the Innundation in Egypt.
