There's a few mods that has .dll for the steam version (won't work for decomp) and few mods that changes GameConfig.bin,so some mods will have messed palettes,if u want to do play with so,load HyperMania first (resume when setting on),then load the other mod (the game might crash if u don't)

There's mods that replaces other characters other than sonic,if u want Hyper Sonic's 6-color pulsating palette change hyperStyle to 2 in modsettings.ini in the HyperMania mod folder
