Grammar Focus:
1. 越来越 + Adjective / Mental Verb
Use it to say something is happening “more and more” over time.
Example:
我最近越来越胖。
Wǒ zuìjìn yuè lái yuè pàng.
I’m getting fatter lately.
Mental verbs are verbs that show thoughts, feelings, or opinions, like: 喜欢 (xǐhuān – like), 想 (xiǎng – think), 觉得 (juéde – feel), 担心 (dānxīn – worry)
