Finally got the solder PCB so just a rebuild of my favorite configuration so far (need to get another plate for the hotswap PCB though, IDK what's compatible)
Keyboard: Navy Bakeneko by Cannon Keys and Kkatano
Foam: one layer t-shirt
Plate: FR4
Switches: JWK Pewters lubed with 3204
Springs: Stock - Krytox 105
Film: TX .15mm purple
Stabs: Cherry clip-in (durock wire in spacebar) - Permatex/205 mix
Keycaps: GMK WoB
Still daily-ing this board, love it to bits, I can't imagine how nice a Unikorn must be if this is just a fraction of the cost. Ordered the solder PCB so I could do 7u bottom row and split right shift. This way I can be more flexible with my arrow key configurations. Also threw on my WoB set as the board deserves, also so I can continue to shine the alphas more.
Other news, looking forward to getting in a batch of broken in creams in a D65 that I solder my MKII for.
