An Honest Discussion of the Mentor System

Описание: My take on the mentor system and the real problems facing both it and the community as a whole. I've been at this for years and I've seen a lot of uninformed or outright bad takes. I wanna take everyone through what actually is going on "behind the scenes" when most people aren't looking, or don't have a server that actually is trying.

I'm just one loser with a platform. My opinions aren't more important than anyone else's. But I hope I can turn a few heads and maybe, just maybe, get people to re-think their stance on things.
