For the topic cells you should also know about cell specialization (e.g. cells, tissues, organs, organ systems, organism) and plant tissues. For reproduction I forgot to mention differences between asexual & sexual reproduction and then pregnancy. And for the topic disease, be sure to know your vectors (mosquitoes) and pathogens that cause malaria and dengue. Also understand the causes, treatment and prevention for the different categories of disease mentioned.
