Andrew leads both technical and programme management aspects of the UltraFan® Demonstrator multi-engine design, build and experimental test activity for Rolls-Royce. His experience within Rolls-Royce spans the full life cycle of product and technology development, from advanced R&T to service product support. The UltraFan Demonstrator programme builds directly on the success of an advanced technology core engine proving programme ‘Advance3’ which Andy led to completion of over 100 hours of intense testing and data collection.
