Snow has always lived in my childhood memories near the foothills of Iran’s mountains. But here in the Netherlands, it’s rare. So being able to see it fall — and actually touch it — felt like reconnecting with a part of my past.

🍞 Flourless High-Protein Bread Recipe
Ingredients: • 150g milk powder
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 4 small eggs (or 3 large eggs)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
In a bowl, mix milk powder and baking powder.
Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the muffin liners.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Let them cool slightly and enjoy 🤍
Soft, simple, and surprisingly fluffy — even without flour.
