SP Group approaches SC with a review petition in Tata Mistry Case

Описание: SP Group has approached the Supreme Court with a review petition in the Tata Mistry Case. ET Now accessed the copy of the petition filed by the Shapoorji Pallonji group. The petition speaks about the SC order not giving any directives on the relief of separation of the SP Group from Tata Sons. The petition states that "Relief of separation sought was aimed at putting an end to the matters complained. Relief of separation would have put an end to the acrimony between the two groups" The petition alos raises the issue of Supreme Court discarding the observations and facts if the NCLAT in the particular matter.
