We often believe that living with an everyday tiredness or pain caused by working long hours is normal, but today we will show you on this video that all of that can change.
Today we will focus on how to stretch your pec or your chest. This pain is produced by having our arms forward for long periods of time, working on computers, tighten our muscles. In a previous video we showed the classic way, putting one elbow against a wall and the opposite leg back that helped you push your shoulder forward.
In this video, we will add another exercise we are familiar with: A SQUAT. When we combine the classic way with squats we will create an active movement that stretch all of our tight muscles. You can stretch different muscles according to the position of your arm.
