These recordings are raw reimaginings of the first two songs I composed in my life, and the only songs that would ever be played live by a full band. These songs were a reflection of me processing experiences that people I knew personally had been forced to endure and overcome, circumstances they should never have to face, often metaphorically, and sometimes physically, imprisoned and mistreated by the very people meant to protect them. Recorded on a Tascam DP-006 with live vocals and guitar and cajon and bass added later.
