Starting with the patty. Quality beef and cut are essential, the more freshly ground the meat is, the more flavorful the burger is. A nicely charred crust on the patties will give a light crispy texture. Not forgetting the proper fat percentage which will create the juiciness required.

The brioche bun has to be perfectly toasted, soft and firm while having the burger experience. Some buns are too soft and soggy and fall apart with the first bite which is a very bad thing. Using a qualities cheese is a famous combination which will add sharper, flavor and moisture to the burger.

Using fresh vegetable like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions help bring a crisp texture and depth. It makes your #burger scream fresh! A generous side of thinly crisp sweet potato fries is a nice compliment to the hamburger.
