In the Hall of the Leviathan, the Admiralty marketh the courses of the fleets by the turning of the stars. From the hushed vaults of the Celestial Archive unto the clamorous Petitioners’ Hall, the palace breatheth with the pulse of the ocean, shaping the fate of the Middle Sea.
