Promotional VHS released by Sony in 1998 largely to promote the upcoming Playstation 1998/1999 lineup in the US. Released as a looping video for Electronics Boutique / Babbage's.
I'm not sure all of these titles ever saw real release, some of them, like Cardinal Syn and that Duke Nukem - Time to Kill seem unfamiliar. It's cool that Metal Gear Solid and Parasite Eve made the video.
