Make your own simple non-spicy fermented white Kimchi at home, for a delicious culinary side dish. Easy recipe on how to make a batch of Kimchi from vegetables. Plus fermented foods promotes gut health.
Ingredients:
300 gram of cabbage
350 gram of daikon radish
4 scallions
25 gram of fresh ginger
1,5 tsp ground dried chili
25 gram of honey (it's vegan Kimchi without honey)
1 Liter of water
1,5 tbs salt
Inspired by the Korean recipe, with a twist.
Tip: Regrow scallions by placing the roots in a glass of water.
