વધુ એક વખત સાઇબર ફ્રોડ આચરનારા વ્યક્તિઓ દ્વારા વૃદ્ધ દંપતીને ટાર્ગેટ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. રાજકોટ શહેરમાં રહેતા અને સેશન્સ કોર્ટમાં ક્લાર્ક તરીકે નિવૃત્ત થયેલા 69 વર્ષીય દિનેશ દેલવાડીયા નામના વ્યક્તિને ગત જુલાઈ માસમાં દિલ્હી ક્રાઈમ બ્રાન્ચના ઓફિસર તરીકેની ઓળખ આપનારા વ્યક્તિએ ફોન કરીને તમારી વિરુદ્ધ ડ્રગ્સ તેમજ મની લોન્ડરિંગ અંતર્ગત ગુનો નોંધવામાં આવશે તે પ્રકારની ધમકી આપી ડરાવીને સતત 45 દિવસ સુધી ડિજિટલ અરેસ્ટ કર્યા હોવાની ઘટના સામે આવી છે.

Once again, an elderly couple has been targeted by cyber fraudsters. It has come to light that a 69-year-old man named Dinesh Delwadia, a resident of Rajkot city and retired as a clerk in the Sessions Court, was digitally arrested for 45 consecutive days by a person calling him in July, claiming to be an officer of the Delhi Crime Branch, threatening him that a case would be registered against him under drugs and money laundering.
