try :sp nameoffile or :vs and ESC+CTRL+W+W to focus the others windows
ESC+w+w+...+w to move word by word or shift+arrows
ESC+dw or CTRL+w to remove a word
ESC+dd to remove a line
:$ or Shift+g cursor to the end
ESC+V (select block with arrows), add tabs with :number
If you want to comment a block use ESC+CTRL+v (select block)+SHIFT+i+#+ESC
use too :set number

:qa would be enough. :qa! is only needed if you have made changes to buffers and don't want to save them. :q is enough if you only have one buffer on the screen.
