Living With Chronic illness | Stuff No-one Tells You!
Hi!
I've been chronically ill for a few years now and there have been a few things about it that have surprised me, or I learnt from it, so I thought I'd share them with you! The main conditions that affect my day to life are dysautonomia ( namely postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome ) and ME (also known as CFS ), so your experiences may differ from mine :) Or you might relate to more than you expect to! Let me know the things no one told you in the comments below :) I know a lot of you have pots or some form of autonomic dysfunction too so it wold be interesting to hear if you can relate!
