“Sekihan”
Ingredients for 4 Servings
Sticky Rice 2 Cups
Azuki Red Beans 1.8oz. /50g
**In the video, 255g of Beans are boiled
The rest of beans are used to make red bean paste:)
Water 240ml
Beans Soup 70 ml
*Make sure not to throw away beans boiling water when you drain beans(2nd Time)!
2 Pinch of Salt
