Warp Kamehameha, in my opinion, should be used as a desperation attack. By that, I mean it should only be used when as a sort of element of surprise attack and it should only be used once per opponent. I think it should only be used once because they will be expecting it after the first time you use it. If you can successfully pull it off, it will do a decent amount of damage and it would seriously surprise your opponent.
I know I didn't necessarily use it as an element of surprise attack in this video, but that's just my thoughts on Warp Kamehameha. Why it's called that and not Instant Transmission Kamehameha I will never know.
