Why are you whispering?
I'm speaking softly so that those watching can relax/wind down, fall asleep, or experience ASMR.

What is ASMR?
ASMR(Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is an experience or reaction from psychological relaxation or pleasant stimuli. It is a tingly experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. Though it is usually a tingly feeling, it is also sometimes a feeling of sleepiness.

Why listen to ASMR?
I personally started listening to it my junior year in high school when I could not sleep from stress. Many people who struggle with insomnia or distributive sleeping patterns listen to ASMR. Of course, there are some who watch and listen to feel relaxed or experience brain tingles.
