Testing soil pH shouldn't require a chemistry lab or expensive digital equipment. For my final project, I developed a low-cost, disposable solution to help farmers test their soil health in seconds.
In this video:
I present the Soil pH Sticker Patch, a color-based sensing tool designed to solve the "Mud Problem" in traditional testing. Using a 3-layer architecture (porous wicking base, universal indicator, and protective film), this patch filters soil moisture to give a clear, mud-free pH reading.
