Busy crossing situated next to Highams Park station, on the London Overground. The crossing is monitored via CCTV and the old signal box was turned into a cafe.
An impatient driver ignored the red flashing lights but was blocked by a reversing van. As a result, they were briefly stuck on the crossing as the barriers were lowering.
