homemade pizza ( pizza dough recipe)
Makes 2 small pizza (8 inch)
200g 00 Or bread flour
2g salt
135g water
4g oil
7g yeast
4g Sugar
Semolina flour for dusting ( optional ) for added crunch, but regular flour is fine..
Your choice sauce and toppings
** when you chill the dough in the chiller make sure it is well covered with plastic so it wont have a dry spots.
** make sure you heat Your Pan In the oven for 10-15mins before using it , it Will ensure a crispier crust like what you would normally buy in a restaurant.
