I’ve always loved taijiquan (tai chi) and the rich philosophy behind it. With around 80 million practitioners in mainland China, taijiquan is one of the most widely practiced martial arts and has been recognized globally for its cultural and health value.
With the first UNESCO-designated International Taijiquan Day coming up on March 21, this episode of So Be It explores taijiquan through its history, mental and physical benefits, and my personal journey with it including the filming of Tai Chi Master.
