Описание: A binding Massachusetts court decision in 2019 ruled that just about all breath tests used from June 2011 through April 2019 were presumptively unreliable. Except in the most serious OUI (operating under the influence) cases, prosecutors will not challenge the that presumption. So what does that mean for anyone with an OUI conviction or plea that resulted from one of these faulty breath tests?
