The video is a snippet of the 6 hour long mega event "Aspirantia' 21" which was conducted in association with State Central Library, Thiruvananthapuram and National Digital Library of India on January 10, Monday at State Central Library Hall, Thiruvananthapuram. This is not something happened anytime in the field of Indian civil service examination field. Well, UPSC Kerala made this happen for the first time in history.
