My wife and I relocated to The Great State of Texas in 2022, which has been one of the best moves in our lifetime. We have had to get used to the weather conditions which we have never had to experience in Oregon that can turn violent within minutes of a sunny day.
It is now 2024 and we have experienced some of the worst tornado seasons in the history of Texas.
After building our Railroad Tie Tornado Storm Shelter underground to help us escape some chaotic storms that had us worried about our personal safety, we have decided to build our first Shipping Container Home that will resist being torn apart by tornados, high winds and destructive hail. Follow along during our journey in building our first " Tornado Resistant Home " which should be loads of excitement and learning information.
