Why You Need A Cellular Signal Booster for your RV

Wilson sent the new unit to me realizing we travel to lots of far-flung and remote areas and they wanted us to provide some real world testing of the system. That we just did on an extended trip west that had us boondocking in some very isolated wilderness areas.
The cell booster extends cellular signal range to ensure you get better voice and data with fewer dropped calls, improved voice quality, faster uploads and downloads. Wilson claims that the weBoost's Drive 4G-M boosts cell signals up to 32x to enhance 4G LTE and 3G signals for everyone in the vehicle .
Up to four devices can connect to it at any one time and we use it with our laptops, smartphones and tablets. It also works with my Verizon Jetpack Mobile Hotspot and gives me my own private WiFi network even when outside the RV, sitting at the picnic table or in our camping chairs.
At a recent Roadtreking gathering at Glacier National park, when people all around us had no signal, we were connected to 4G and got through perfectly. I even let a couple of fellow campers tap into my network so they could use the net a few times.
This booster is compatible with all US and Canadian wireless networks such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Straight Talk and more. Each booster comes with an inside antenna, magnetic outside antenna, and power supply.
I decided not to use the tiny little magnetic mount antenna that Wilson includes in the box. Instead I bought a longer and sturdier magnetic mount that the company sells for $25 on Amazon -

In this video, I show how I installed the system. But most importantly, I document the dramatic improvement in cellular signal strength that it provides. I tested this in numerous locations from Michigan to Montana and while results varied, the booster always improved download and upload speeds quite a bit.
