Delhi Draft Voter List Out: 47.56 Lakh Names Missing | Check Your Name | News9

Описание: The Election Commission has released the draft electoral roll in Delhi after the completion of the third phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).

Out of around 1.45 crore registered voters, enumeration forms for approximately 97.5 lakh voters, or 67.16 per cent, have been digitised.

However, the names of around 47.56 lakh voters are currently missing from the draft electoral roll. The category includes voters classified as absent, shifted, dead, duplicate or falling under other categories.

Importantly, being left out of the draft roll does not mean permanent deletion from the electoral list. Eligible voters will have a month-long opportunity to file claims and objections and seek inclusion.
